Mucocaps is a combination of sea buckthorn berry oil (Sea Buckthorn) (Omega-7) and borage oil (Omega-6) in the form of soft gelatin capsules (softgels).
The mucous membrane or mucosa is a thin layer of cells that produce mucus to protect the epithelium. The most important mucous membranes are those of the intestine, mouth, respiratory tract, eyes, vaginal, etc. Mucus production decreases with age, but other factors may be responsible for dryness of the mucosa, such as:
